Membership in the Downtown Partnership(CDP) affords all those
who benefit from the revitalized district - residents,
businesses and visitors alike - the opportunity to support the
organization that keeps it thriving. Membership affirms key
values and conveys an important sense of community. It is a
vital, ongoing investment in our city's future.
Membership is open to any and all individuals, partnerships,
firms, corporations and businesses interested in the welfare and
development of Downtown Clearwater, Florida. Annual dues assist
achievement of our strategic agenda and help us sustain the
position of prominent leader and advocate for downtown
Clearwater.
CDP membership tiers are designed to reflect various levels of
interest in and ability to support the Downtown Partnership. In
selecting a membership category, potential members are asked to
consider the extent of their financial means, and the advantages
to be accrued through accomplishment of CDP objectives.
Membership benefits are cumulative from "friend" level up to the
category selected.
Levels Of Membership
PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL - $10,000
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory,
organization minutes, invitation to Board and Executive
Committee Meetings, company logo included on CDP literature and
website. First right of refusal on sponsorship opprtunities,
preferred seating and pricing at forums. Opportunity to
distribute company literature at meetings and be a monthly
"featured member" on web site. Invited to be CDP Board Member.
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL - $5,000
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory,
organization minutes, invitation to Board and Executive
Committee Meetings, company logo included on CDP literature and

preferred seating and pricing at forums. Opportunity to
distribute company literature at meetings and be a monthly

PARTNER'S COUNCIL - $2,500
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory,
organization minutes, invitation to Board Meetings, company logo
included on CDP literature and website.
SUSTAINING MEMBER - $1,000
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory,
organization minutes, invitation to Board Meetings.
MEMBER - $500
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory,
organization minutes.
ASSOCIATE - $250
Receives newsletter, notice of events, downtown directory.
FRIEND - $100
Receives newsletter, notice of events.
NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION - $100
Receives newsletter, notice of events.
Apply For A Membership
Read over the levels of membership above and choose your level
of participation. For your convenience we now offer electronic
payment of your membership fee. Visa, Mastercard & Discover and
American Express credit cards are accepted. To pay by credit
card, please fill out the below form click the "Submit Your
Membership" button below. Your information will be e-mailed to
CDP. You will receive an e-mail verification that your payment
was made, and you will receive an information packet by mail
within 7 working days. Thank you.
